I had every intention of doing NaBloPoMo just like I have for the past FOUR years. And then I don't know, I got busy and tired and my kids were acting like total banshees, and had dirty fingernails, and Hudson had a "red" day at school, and Maddie had to come to work with me for a practically non existant fever, and God, I just want to take a bath so I don't have twitchy legs at night but Tim's leaving for pool AGAIN, and yes we can read two incredibly long books tonight, and no I don't remember the Pokey Little Puppy being so wordy, and The Incredibles? Really?, and dear Jesus, can't we have thunderstorms during the DAYTIME so the dog doesn't go bezerk?, and then meeting at the catfish house an hour away that took way longer than expected, and I'm supposed to make cornbread for the chili cookoff at the office again, but I'm not because I'm going to have to get up at the crack of dawn to make gravy (instant, but still) and sausages for the homeless in the morning, so I'm skipping the cornbread, and Hudson had another red day, and Maddie wanted The Pokey Little Puppy again (where did all of these WORDS COME FROM!?), Yes, Tim, I would like to get in my own bed, and oh, you guys are all leaving me here alone for a road trip to Georgia the rest of the week, which means packing clothes for both kids, and juice, and headphone batteries, and Leaptag books, and diapers, and CRAP. I haven't posted.
What have you been doing?
P.S. Baby is doing fine. Still making me want to barf, still making my legs twitchy, and having a lovely time making my pants too small.
I was fine until I read this post. Now I need a nap. xoxo

I did NaBloPoMo(Fo) for the last three years, and this year I was all, "HELL NO."
